DISC is the universal language of human emotions and is a very powerful tool for understand every human being you engage with. The better you understand what is driving your client’s behaviour, the higher the probability of your sales success.

Just being yourself when talking to your colleagues, boss or client is not going to lead to positive outcomes especially when they have a completely different behaviour style to you.
